       Club Training SESSIONS

Don't be put off by the words athletic club, if you are thinking of starting to run then come on down and join in one of the Tuesday or Thursday night run's.  We have a wide spectrum of runners which start with people who just want to jog all the way through to top club athletes.  Each session is run by one of our qualified club coaches who has been trained to coach running and will be happy to assist anyone with their individual goals. Below are examples only as training will be specific for your needs and your individual goals.

                              Winter schedule
